I'm doing this walk to become part of the solution to ensure no-one has to face Motor Neurone Disease alone. My family and I know first hand how much support and understanding MND and Me Foundation give to people with MND and their families while also funding critical research.. My husband and my kids great Dad Kenny, was diagnosed in 2014 with MND. He fought for five years, but it took him away in 2019. During those five years we were supported by MND & Me Foundation through support meetings, resilience workshops, equipment and lifetime friendships. Kenny’s involvement with the research helped him get through some of the tough times by knowing that one day they might find a cure. So, this is our chance to help them make a positive difference in the lives of people impacted by MND. No donation is too small and any support you can provide is greatly appreciated. Let’s make a difference! THERE IS CURRENTLY NO CURE FOR MND!
